PREDICTION:
- What is the worst that could happen? Could you technically live through that?
- What is the best that could happen?
- What is the most realistic thing that will happen?

ALTERNATION:
- How are you currently interpreting the situation (Zebra)?
- What is another way to interpret the situation (Horse)?

UNDERSTAND:
- What might you do if you believe the feeling?
- What might you do instead if you choose not to believe it?

SUGGESTION:
- What would you tell your friend in this exact same situation?

EVIDENCE:
- What proof is there for this feeling being a fact?
- What proof is there against this feeling being a fact?
