This week the three amigos sat down with their new amigo - Chef Kevin Bartelt (comedy podcast producer extraordinaire) to discuss Top Chef Season 18, Episode 2 - "Trouble Brewing!" We get the inside scoop about what it's like to be sequestered on Hell's Kitchen from Kevin, we wonder if you're allowed to turn down hanging out with Tom on Last Chance Kitchen, and DOES IT REALLY TAKE 30 MINUTES TO MAKE AVOCADO TOAST?!?! Also, Bryan's fancy microphone decided not to work during this record so you're hearing his voice recorded from a laptop mic... we know it's not ideal, and there's a big part of me that wants to apologize for it...
