Shawn Haller lives in LA and spends most of his time skateboarding, filming YouTube videos for his brother Aaron, and most recently writing music. Over the past year Shawn taught himself piano and wrote his first song which is being released the day this episode airs. The song is called "Airplane Mode" and I think it's really good. I don't think the first song someone writes and releases is normally good, but with Shawn I'm not surprised. There's something in his mentality and the way that he pursues things that I think is really valuable to explore and consider if you're trying to learn something, grow, or achieve any goal big or small. I think we covered a lot of that in our conversation - hope you get something out of it. I get a lot out of it - these are my very first podcasts much like this is Shawns first song.
