On Tuesday, Sex Discrimination Commissioner Kate Jenkins damning report into workplace culture at parliament house was handed down.
The report found one in three parliamentary staffers working in Commonwealth parliamentary offices have personally experienced sexual harassment.
More than half of the staff who responded to the survey said they have experienced at least one incident of bullying, sexual harassment or actual or attempted sexual assault.
