It’s Advent! We are preparing our hearts for the arrival of the Lord. In today’s episode I introduct you to my new love, teach, play approach to family discipleship. This is based on Deuteronomy 6:4-7.  We practiced the approach by looking at Luke 1:1-25.




Love:


God wants us to prepare for his arrival by turning our hearts to our children.


Teach:


“So you will be certain of the truth of everything you were taught.” Luke 1:4 NLT


Play:


Use Simon Says or Mother May I games to talk about our freedom to make choices, but how God helps us to listen to wisdom.




You’ve got the Holy Spirit! You can do it, mama!
