The American Protection League

In the State of Oregon (and other places), Government leaders have asked citizens to become government spies and report their neighbors for “violations” of COVID-19 Restrictions. There are toll-free phone lines and free anonymous apps and plenty of Law enforcement agencies that have said “Nope” to the whole idea.

There are, of course, two problems here. First, not EVERY Law Enforcement Agency has laughed out loud at the idea of sending resources to enforce these questionable directives. Secondly, there are a lot of questions as to whether or not this is a good idea in the first place. I’ll answer that: It’s not.

In fact, it’s a terrible idea that, as you may or may not know, it has been tried before here in the United States…
