At the Democratic Party Political last night – and no, I did not watch it, there was a musical presentation to close the night that can best be described as… well… it sounded like a great idea on paper, but it really lost something in the translation.

That’s not really surprising to me. The 60s were a long time ago in a place far, far away, in a different era of thought and lyrical genius.
