Our second interview is with Mr. Stephen Lee from Sprue Pies with Frets, a fantastic scale modeling centric blog. Stephen recently penned a forward looking article about Scale Modeling Organizations, and he references some recent challenges that IPMS USA has been facing. Most importantly, Stephen utilizes his background in Non-Profits as well as the Military to propose some principles that could help IPMS and other Scale Modeling organizations look to the future.
TJ leads us in 2 different discussions about 2023 in Review, and the challenges you may encounter when building a model to photos or references. We also have a great time and do a little laughing along the way.
