In the latest episode of the Plant-Based Canada Podcast we chat with Dan and Sheanne Moskaluk. The duo, known as the Indian Rock Vegans on social media, have been whole-food plant-based vegan lifestyle health advocates since 2013.

As Keynote Speakers at Health Conferences, Vegfests, and on podcasts, they share their life-changing health recovery stories after making the shift.

A veteran police officer of 33 years, Dan attributes his plant-based diet to helping him survive a bout with stage four kidney cancer. And after years of trying various diet regimes, switching to a plant-based lifestyle resulted in Sheanne losing 133lbs – and keeping the weight off.

The duo is also featured in the critically acclaimed health documentary film “Eating You Alive” where they detail their amazing journeys.

They’re now dedicated to helping others by rolling up their sleeves and promoting the benefits of a whole-foods plant-based lifestyle.
