About Gloria
Gloria L. Williams got her big break when Oprah Winfrey discovered her magic touch and chose her as her personal pedicurist. And it was Winfrey who encouraged the professional nail tech  to follow her heart for the “sole” and create Footnanny, her own brand of premium foot creams, soaking salts, essential oils, kits and accessories.

But the story of Footnanny goes all the way back to Williams’ childhood in the suburbs of Chicago. There, she would accompany her Montgomery, Alabama-born mother, a natural healer, on rounds to give ailing neighbors old-fashioned rubdowns using homemade botanical creams and lotions. “My mother truly believed you could improve overall wellness through the feet. She did that through a combination of touch and aromatherapy, and at her side,  I learned to do what she did,” says Williams, who later became a licensed pedicurist and certified reflexologist.

“I wanted to create a line of products that would deliver a holistic experience beyond the basic pedicure,” says Williams of her Footnanny line of premium foot creams, soaking salts, essential oils, accessories and kits.
