About Cam Snaith
Cam Snaith is the co-founder of Bleeker, a company that puts underrepresented talent in the driver’s seat of their careers. Since its founding in 2013, Bleeker has been partnering with companies whose leaders are similarly dedicated to putting historically marginalized professionals in the driver’s seat of their careers, supporting their organizations with coaching and recruiting solutions. Bleeker also cultivates a professional community that surrounds elusive talent with resources to unlock potential and opportunities to advance their careers.

In Bleeker’s early years, Cam moonlighted as a Research Affiliate with the MIT Media Lab’s Social Computing group. Before Bleeker, Cam was a marketing executive at PepsiCo and the National Basketball Association and the founder of an arts-based non-profit. Cam was born in Bermuda and received his MS in Strategic Communication from Columbia University, and an AB in English from Princeton University.
