Jake Essig is currently the Men’s Head coach at the University of St Francis in Fort Wayne Indiana. I first met Jake when we were both participants on the NSCAA Premier Diploma in Elmhurst Illinois. In today’s episode we talk about Jakes introduction into coaching and his progression from College Assistant to Head coach. We discuss some of his roles and responsibilities and what he looks for in a youth soccer player’s recruitment video.
