Today I am joined by my friend David Flower. I first met Dave in 2006 when we both coaches for Noga Soccer. Dave now a Senior Director as well as the Director of Coaching for Chelsea Piers Soccer Club in Stamford Connecticut. He has more than two decades of coaching experience with athletes ranging in age from elementary through high school. Dave is also Head coach for the Girls Greenwich Country Day School. In today’s episode we talk about Dave career as a youth soccer coach and the relationships he has formed in creating one of the most exciting new soccer clubs in southern Connecticut.
