Genesis 2: 18a: And the Lord God said, It is not good that the man should be alone...

I think its more than significant that when God created man and woman, He created them to be with each other and for each other. Yet, with divorce, and broken marriages, casual relationships and flings, or worse, those of society who choose to not have anything to do with other people, an alternative continues to rise -- robot companions and lovers.

Can intelligent robots make great husbands, wives, lovers, even? That's our topic for discussion today on part five of our series with Artificial General Intelligence.

Yet, we cannot escape the fact that humans crave intimacy. We enjoy close friendships, partnerships, and relationships with each other. Even people who consider themselves to be loners usually have one close friend or confidante they can go to.
