This week, we’re joined by Moses Adyemi. Moses became known to millions as the winner of the Channel 4 documentary series  SAS: Who Dares Wins. An achievement in and of itself but given that he did this have just served a 4 year prison sentence, gives you an idea for the type of man he is. Resilience shines through this episode.

In 2016 he launched the Silver Line project, which aims to rehabilitate ex-offenders and those suffering from depression and anxiety.

Moses talks to us about:

The experience of being in prison and the cycle of reoffending

What it was like to win SAS: Who Dares Wins

Learning resilience through the school of hard knox... he knew it as ‘survival’.

Your mindset will determine the outcome of any given circumstance.
