We meet Louise Blyth, author of 'Hope is Coming', for the second time. (Catch her first episode with us here: Life After Death)

After losing her husband to bowel cancer at the age of 33, she and her 2 young boys set about understanding what life might be like without George. Louise is a shining example of how to live with grief. How it folds into your life and is able to enjoy a fulfilling and enlightened path forward.

We learn:

The difference between grief and mourning
Time is irrelevant in the grief process. Shed the need to be 'normal'. There are societal BS 'norms' that need to be addressed.
Falling in love again - the fear, the mindset, the safeguarding.
Dealing with 'the impostor': What am I feeding my soul? What did I just read? What narrative did I just digest?!

A second book is on its way so watch this space and we'll let you know when it's out!
