In Episode 4, we interview Matthew Wohl, a high school English teacher and academic leader for young students. Matthew is a "warm demander" who is genuinely interested and engaged with students. He is interested in minimizing perfunctory tasks, creating genuine meaning, and generating opportunities to self-assess and reflect in schooling. He currently teaches English Language Development and a senior year Film as Literature course in the California Bay Area.

Matt joins us to share his dynamic journey from student, to musician, to teacher, and how he managed the transition. Listen as he shares his perspective on the education industry, the complexities surrounding virtual learning, and his advice on what you can do now to make a difference in your career.
