When the Steelers drafted Ben Roethlisberger in 2004, the plan was for him to sit on the bench and learn from veterans Tommy Maddox and Charlie Batch. Plans quickly changed when those two guys got hurt, and what followed was one of the most remarkable runs in Pittsburgh sports history. The rookie QB led the Steelers to their best regular season record in team history, defeating the elites of the NFL along the way. We'll look back at the magical season that laid the groundwork for the 2000's Steelers dynasty.
