This week Bob joined me at Blue Heron Brewing Company in Medina, Ohio. We got a chance to sit down and catch-up with our old friend Mike Piazza who is the brew master and co-owner. We talked to Mike about some new equipment and other things that going on at Blue Heron including their upcoming 4th anniversary. In one segment of the podcast we talked about new products on the market including one he uses called cryo pop, and of course we talked about Artificial Intelligence and how it could impact the brewing industry.
