This week I was in Columbia Station, Ohio visiting Ann Zofchak Red Wagon Brewing/Four Paws Brewing. Four Paws/Red Wagon is a fun place situated on a farm just north of Medina County. There is plenty of food options, a massive patio, and yes dogs are most certainly allowed on the patio. During the interview Ann talked about falling in love with brewing in the 90s and then taking a break for 10 years only to have the spark once again be re-ignited in the early 2010s. She brewed commercially off and on and got some really good on the job training collaborating with a number of local breweries.
