This week I was out west again in Toledo, Ohio. I got to spend some time with Alex and Ali Drosdowicz who are co-owners of Quenched and Tempered Brewing Company. Alex is the head brewer at Quenched and Tempered and Ali runs the marketing for the brewery as well as handling all the can art. They began brewing in 2019 in Grand Rapids, Ohio which is approximately 20 miles from Toledo.  The tap room did not open until August of 2022, but Quenched and Tempered had already earned quite a following over the previous 3 years. Q&T has events almost every day that they are open. They recently celebrated becoming part of the ORA in Toledo, and on 8/11 they will begin the weekend celebration of their taproom’s 1 year anniversary.

Beer Selection:

·       Rose the Riveter – Strawberry Rhubarb Rose Ale 6.5%

·       Winged Hussar – Imperial Vienna Lager 7.5%

·       Dunkel Dezzy – Munich Dunkel 8%

·       The Orange Alternative – Milk Stout 4.5%

You can find Quenched and Tempered Brewing Company on the web at https://www.quenchedandtempered.com/ and you can also see them on FB and IG @quenchedandtempered.
