As we continue our brain health series today, we have Katherine Arrendell sharing her story. At a very young age she started experiencing anxiety from being bullied. She then struggled with her  identity and people pleasing, with caused her to have depression and suicidal thoughts. Today, she tells of how she overcame and received  healing. We pray her story encourages anyone listening that is suffering like she was.
