The L episode! We hear Guelph's Lowland with their undeniable roots sound, and the multi-instrumentalist New Orleans talent Leyla McCalla!

First up, 'In The Cold' from Lowlands, a band who mesh their folk, roots and delta blues influences in a unique and mesmerizing way.

Then, the inimitable Leyla McCalla performs her piece 'Girl' inspired by a Langston Hughes poem, a hauntingly beautiful and unique performance.
