First introduced as the wife of Jeff Webber, we quickly learn just how rocky her romance life is! Her assumed dead fiance Rick Webber (yes Jeff's brother) comes back and thus begins years of Rick and Monica on and off again affairs. She married Alan Quartermaine in 1978 but they had troubles of their own. She and Alan were not always the most faithful to each other. She had an affair with Sean Donely, Ned Ashton, and Pierce Dorman. Each man had an unforgettable storyline in the history of Port Charles.
