Cultural slavery is happening in many countries, forcing women into slavery in order to provide for their families. It is a terrible epidemic that we, as women with a lot of freedom, should be reminded of frequently. The majority of the western world is incredibly lucky and while I usually choose to celebrate all that we have available to us, it’s time to look outward and help someone else.
