How to discover your core values

Consider your proudest moments - what was happening and how were you feeling? The reverse approach is to think of what is most frustrating to you. The things that impact you to the core are strong indicators of what you value. What do you want people to see in your life? When you reflect back at the end of your time, beyond the achievements, what do you hope people remember about you? There are numerous lists of words to help you choose your core values. Try doing it without a list first. Try this LIST to get started. Narrow it down to 5-7 values. If you get stuck, start comparing values and eliminate them as necessary.
