In this latest podcast episode, we are joined with Dr. Jordana B. Rothschild, MD of Alpine Health a company focused on wellness, preventive, occupational, and holistic medicine. In this episode, we discuss Dr. Rothschild's curiosity about learning a new skill during the COVID-19 pandemic, her initial fears about not knowing how to ride a bike, fear of physical injury, fear of what others think, and "baby stepping" her fears. We then transition from her experiences during this time, and how they gave her the courage to step out of her comfort zone, and try something new and different, to starting Alpine Health.
