The 1999 Royal Rumble was really a two-match show: Mankind defending the WWF Championship against The Rock in an "I Quit" Match, and Stone Cold Steve Austin and Vince McMahon drawing numbers 1 and 2, respectively, in the Royal Rumble match itself. Make no mistake about it - nobody else in the match mattered one iota on this night, and we're diving deep into it.
