Phil Matier: The Bay Area’s Booming Economy Is Causing People to Move Elsewhere

According to the San Jose Mercury News, the Bay Area area has lost 35-thousand people over a 5 year period ending in 2017. However, those numbers do not include births or new arrivals from other countries.
