Oakland Assemblywoman, Buffy Wicks, has unveiled an ambitious proposal today to achieve in California what the Federal Government could not across the nation.

That is a statewide COVID-19 vaccine mandate for ALL workplaces in the state.

The move comes on the heels of the US Supreme Court's decision to throw out President Biden's employer vaccine mandate.
