Phil Matier: Lawmakers Pen Letter to Newsom Calling for Changes at Employment Development Department

Dozens of lawmakers have penned a letter to Governor Gavin Newsom, calling for changes at the state's Employment Development Department.

This comes after the agency's director last week said more than 1,000,000 unemployment claims have NOT been resolved.
