San Francisco Mayor London Breed says KE's decision to take over a shopping mall in the Mid-Market area is just what the neighborhood needs. 

IKEA is buying the empty 6-by-6 mall on Market between 5th and 6th...with plans to open an IKEA store and rent out the rest of the space.
