California Governor Gavin Newsom says the state is stepping up its testing for the Coronavirus.

The governor sat down in an exclusive interview with KCBS anchor Stan Bunger and political reporter Doug Sovern, and says the state is now averaging 16-thousand tests a day and is well on the way of meeting its goal of 25-thousand by the end of this month.
