Getting a haircut may get a bit easier as Governor Newsom announced today that there are new guidelines available for barbershops and hair and nail salons that want to operate outside.
The original guidelines were confusing, especially if local guidelines were different. And there have been concerns about using chemicals outdoors like the ones in hair dyes or perms.
