The GOP is now confirming that it's responsible for the illegal ballot boxes popping up all over California.
Election officials say they received reports about the boxes in Fresno, Los Angeles and Orange counties. And yesterday, the Secretary of State issued a memo to county registrars that the boxes are illegal and ballots must be mailed or brought to official voting locations.
