FBI agents served a search warrant at the home of San Francisco Public Utilities Commission chief Harlan Kelly this morning. Kelly, who has been charged with accepting bribes, is the latest San Francisco politician caught up in the scandal that started with the arrest of former Public Works Director Mohammed Nuru in January.
