Bay Area transit agencies have a new plan to get riders back into their systems.
Spearheaded by the Metropolitan Transportation Commission, a new coronavirus safety plan recommends riders on buses, trains and ferries keep a 3 foot distance from each other, that's half of what the original guidelines are.
