Last night's shooting at an Oakland gas station that killed one person and injured several others appears to be gang-related, according to Darren Allison, Oakland's acting police chief. Allison took over the role after Chief LaRonne Armstrong was placed on paid leave following a report of misconduct involving one of the department's officers.
