Hailing from Dublin Ireland, 22 year old DJ / Producer Kevin Murtagh has been making the most of his short time within the scene, showcasing his talent to promote the unique underground flavour of Deep Minimal House, which is a very niche sound on Irish shores. Recently rebranding his work under his new alias 'AXIAL', he has worked tirelessly to catapult himself deep into the industry, by providing countless guest mixes to various nationwide collectives, taking up music production and playing gigs in the likes of 39/40 & The Turks Head in Dublin. By enrolling in the BIFE Music Production course in South Dublin, taught by Doug Cooney and Sunil Sharpe, along with his first track release entitled 'MIRROR' with Feedback Recordings in Edinburgh, AXIAL hopes to take his production to the next level going into the future, progressing upon his already released cuts. He is a Phever Platform team resident with his bi-weekly show entitled 'Hausify' in which he has held down since May 2020 and a resident writer for Scottish label 'Project Radio' where he loves to promote the Irish scene and cover interesting topics in regard to the industry.
