He is also the co-founder of #EventProfsBreakShit, a community of event professionals who come together to test and experience event technology. 

Having known Sawn for years at MCI Global, we were incredibly lucky to have him sit down to answer a few questions about his background in the meetings and events industry, his thoughts on the industry not getting enough new talent and ideas, how we can recruit and retain new talent in the industry, and his ideas on what the future of this industry is.
