On today's episode I am delighted to introduce Anjna Sharma to the podcast. Anjna is the current Director of Pharmacist Services at Soar Beyond. She joined the organisation in 2009 as a Primary Care Pharmacist and has experienced a variety of roles within the organisation. As a lead for the Pharmacist Service Division, her main focus and strengths revolve around supporing NHS partners to implement effective and sustainable change at an organisational level.


Soar Beyond is an innovative and dynamic healthcare consultancy and service provider. The Pharmacist Services team support an organisational approach to sustainably improve patient outcomes. This includes Medicines Optimisation, the i2i Network, the use of the SMART web platform, 4D Service Redesign, and Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment. They are passionate about supporting practices, primary care networks, federations, and CCGs to effectively embed pharmacists as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
