Biography

Raised by narcissists, married one and then divorced him, and now dealing with narcissistic in-laws in her second marriage, Dana S. Diaz is the unwilling expert on narcissistic abuse. A mother, wife, and survivor, she shares her firsthand insights on the many facets of narcissism, how we fall prey to these abusive relationships, and the struggles of co-parenting with your abuser. She published her memoir following her first marriage and its physical and mental repercussions in spring of 2023. The book’s prequel and sequel are in the works.

Relatable and empathetic, Dana’s insights and story will inspire strength in many and empower women to step forward.
