About Jayne

I was a young single mother who had a goal: graduate college with straight A's. Ultimately, I graduated summa cum laude, first in my class, and enjoyed a career as a psychotherapist, then an attorney, now an author. I have worked side by side with kids on a locked psychiatric unit and fought for my clients in pitched courtroom battles. In my 50's, my doctor told me my bones were "thinning at an alarming rate," but had no answers. At the end of that year, I had increased my bone density by 11.3% without medication. Now I do some life coaching and pour my wisdom and experience into both fiction and non-fiction books.
