In the first episode of the approaching series I spoke about Happiness and how meaning was integral to happiness. We all understand, if not consciously, almost intuitively the inherent meaninglessness of life. There is no meaning except the one we choose to believe in. People who find it hard to construct meaning for themselves find themselves flirting with existential dread and engaging in nihilistic enterprises. On this episode I answer the much sought after question, 'How do I find meaning for myself?'
Prakhar, the host of this podcast, is a student of Economics and Psychology at Columbia University in the City of New York.
