Back in June, Pepsi Cola Products Philippines' stock got suspended from trading as the company was acquired by Lotte by tendering the companies shares. The public float level of the company dipped into 2.1% and last week, their board of directors finally announced that PIP will formally delist from the Philippine Stock Exchange this December. Another round of tender offer will be made for ₱1.95 per share. So if ever you own Pepsi stocks, it's time to let it go.
