I’ll also discuss some of the mentalities that can hold people back from looking to leverage the experience of a buyer's agent. We then go into why they can actually be worth the investment, and you really want them to tick as many of these boxes as possible. A great one's going to be worth many times their actual cost to invest in their services.

I’ll also go into some of the differences in their research methods, selection criteria, and overall depth of experience, and how that can impact both your results in the short term and the long term.
