Today we're back for part two of the inside story with Charley Valher, where we're going into his borderless investing approach. I'm excited to get the key learnings he's had along the way, how his actual strategies changed over time.

We dive into what made him buy in Perth, his view as an interstate investor, and how he's pushed through comfort zones to make it all happen. We're also going to go into the key role that buyer's agents and property managers have played in buying this many properties so quickly. 

And we'll also be getting his take on where Perth sits compared to the other capitals because he's got a pony in each race at the moment. He's got a good perspective across Australia, and I'm keen to get his thoughts.
