With marketers and spruikers also back on the scene, they know all the hot buttons to push to make the more speculative types of investment property seem very enticing on the outside. 

However if you don’t have my inside view, there’s a number of downsides you may not notice which can lead to underperformance or the complete loss of your hard earned money.
