Cancer is a disease that does not discriminate. It can affect anyone, regardless of age, race, ethnicity, or socioeconomic status. But the sad reality is that not everyone has access to the same quality of care.

Angela Talton is the senior Vice President and Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion officer at City of Hope. She joins us today to talk about the work they are doing to make a difference in the lives of those with cancer.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is an important part of City of Hope’s mission and in today’s episode, we are going to talk about the importance of community outreach programs and how City of Hope is leading the way with their innovative initiatives in support of diverse patient populations.

Learn how City of Hope is working to close the healthcare disparities gap and improve access to quality care for all.
