Previous Episode: Freaking Out?

Today Perry and Shawna look at more ways we can not only survive, but thrive during the Coronavirus storm.  First we can’t be ruled by our feelings but shouldn’t ignore them either.  Shawna shares that feelings of insecurity have come to the surface for her in this crisis.  She’s allowing these feelings to point her back to the truth.  Then Perry shares how CS Lewis saw death as the beginning of the greatest adventure.
This hope inspired him to live life to the fullest and to say at the end:  “I have done all that I was sent into this world to do!”  And this hope will do the same for us.  Finally Shawna gets real life and practical about weathering this storm:  Get good sleep.  Eat well.  Exercise.  Spend time with Jesus.  Recharge with solitude or with people depending on your personality.  We’re going to be stronger on the other side of the Coronavirus storm!
